How To Book Service With Us

  • Step 1: Select desired service(s) and add them to your cart

  • Step 2: Complete checkout

  • Step 3: Check email for your order confirmation and print a copy of the confirmation

  • Step 4: Pack and ship your garments to us with printed order confirmation via carrier of your choice （See order confirmation for our address）

  • Step 5: After we receive your garments, please allow 30–60 days for service depending on repair complexity

  • Step 6: Your serviced garments will be carefully returned to your address after completion
